The family of the late Joan Flucker would like to respectfully announce her upcoming funeral arrangements.

Joan ‘Joanie’ wife to the late Dick Flucker, mother of the late Richard Flucker and to surviving daughter Alison; Nanna to her adored granddaughters Sophie and Meggie.  Beloved mother-in-law to Dave. Sister to the late Angie, Tilly, Dolie, Deirdre, Pat, Francis and Oliver and surviving brother Jeremiah. Loving aunt and godmother to many nieces and nephews back in Ireland.

Joan’s final journey will take place on Tuesday, 2^nd March and those who wish to pay their respects are welcome to stand on the roadside as the cortege passes along Hope Street, Falkirk and onto Camelon Road at approximately 12:40pm.

Joan’s family would like to acknowledge the outpouring of love and support they have received from all of Joan’s family in Ireland and from their friends here in Scotland.

The family would also like to express their sincere admiration and thanks to all of the staff and carers at The Haining Care Home in Maddiston who cared not just for Joan, but for the whole family for the last eight years.
