News > Covid-19 Update 3rd July 2020 (Our Premises)

It is hard to believe that it is now over 3 months since our government implemented lockdown and the way we operate as a business had to change. These have been extremely strange times for us as a business, never did we think we would be in a position where we would be unable to sit down with a bereaved family and provide the care that is second nature to us.

As we continue in these uncertain times and lockdown begins to ease, we want to thank our communities for their support and understanding throughout.

We want to ensure you all that the safety of the public and our team continue to remain our highest priority and we therefore want to advise that the doors to our Funeral Homes remain closed to the general public at this time.

Our fully committed team continue to work behind the scenes and if you pass our Funeral Homes you will still see a member of our team working, however we ask that you do not pop in and visit them as you normally would do so. To enable us to continue practicing social distancing and keep our team safe, the doors to our Funeral Homes will remain locked until such a time when we are able to practice safe social distancing indoors and equally this allows us to ensure that in instances where a member of the public does have the need to be in our building that we can ensure no-one else is using the building.

We are hopeful that we should be able to welcome the general public back into our Funeral Homes soon however until this time, we ask that you pick up the phone and call us where we are able to assist with the majority of your enquiries over the phone.

We continue to be available on the phone 24 hours a day, please do not hesitate to call us should you have any queries.
