Throughout December we had memorial trees at each of our funeral homes and if anyone wished to do so a donation could be made towards the good work of the local foodbank.
As you may be aware from our annual memorial service the total raised from these donations were to be matched by us and then the total would be split between our local foodbanks.
We are delighted to say that this year donations amounted to £1087.50 and today we have been able to donate a total of £2175 between Bo'ness Storehouse Foodbank, Falkirk Foodbank and St Vincent De Paul Foodbank in Denny.
We are thankful to these organisations for their ongoing work across the towns we serve and hope this amount will assist in helping those in our community who need it most.
