At Forth Valley Royal Hospital on 20th February 2024, Joe, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary Millar, much loved dad of Jim and Lynn, father in law of Heather and the late Derren, also a devoted papi of Ainsley, Hayley, Chloe, Jack and Leah and sadly missed by his great grandchildren, James, Lilly and Rosie.
