1966 - 2021

After a short but devastating illness, Sean, aged 54 years, died peacefully at Strathcarron Hospice on 23 April 2021. Beloved husband of Sarah, devoted dad of Ciaran and much loved son-in-law of Sandra and Neil, son of Maeve and the late Raymond, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

Thanks to Strathcarron Hospice for their compassionate care of Sean, and support of Sarah and Ciaran, during his four week stay.

Due to current restrictions the Funeral Service will be by invitation only but anyone who wishes to support the work of Strathcarron Hospice or The Brain Tumour Charity, in lieu of sending flowers is invited to click here to make a donation in memory of Sean.

Those who would like to pay their respects are invited to do so as the cortege leaves from Erngath Road on Tuesday 4th May at 1.55pm, turning right onto Dean Road and travelling straight through The Richmond Crossroads.

Living in Bo‘ness for the last 15 years Sean entered into the community through supporting arch building for the Fair when Queen's lived in Erngath Road and was then delighted to build Ciaran‘s arches when he was a Presentee.  His involvement with BUCFC included a spell as Treasurer as well as being a loyal fan of BUCFC 2007s on cold Saturday mornings across Forth Valley, while when Ciaran was younger he supported the Beavers, 3rd Bo’ness Scout Group. His recent focus on Landrover restoration led to the team at the Recycling Centre keeping an eye out for possible parts...
